DTR strives for a welcoming environment for all runners! The group usually starts together and naturally breaks into smaller groups based on pace. Please speak up if you are unfamiliar with the trails, but always bring a map if this is a the case. Experienced runners will try to help guide newer runners.
Thursday runs are typically 60-90 minutes long. Sundays are typically 1.5 - 2 hours long, often with options for shorter distances. Tuesday is around an hour at a mellow pace.
The Thursday group usually goes out for dinner at a nearby restaurant following each run so remember to bring a change of warm dry clothes. Summer months and winter holidays often bring potlucks, so keep your eyes peeled!
